Video: Crankworx Les 2 Alpes DH practice and Dual Climb qualis
Ever looked at a dual slalom course and thought, “hey, it would be fun to race that the wrong way – uphill”. Us neither, but that’s the idea behind the Cannondale Dual Climb, the event that kicks off Crankworx Les 2 Alpes today.
The race pits 26in wheels against 29ers, and gravity riders against XC racers. French four-cross racer Quentin Derbier qualified fastest yesterday, followed by Aussie downhiller Mick Hannah and French gravity enduro specialist Jerome Clementz.
There was also some downhill practice going on ahead of tomorrow’s Giant Air DH. You can check out the highlights from both sessions below – stay tuned for more action from Les 2 Alpes.
