Pizza and wine – the best way to finish a ride?

Maxi Dikerhoff earns his post-ride pizza working up an appetite on some twisty, rocky, Italian singletrack. He’s slick, he’s fast, he’s got the trail dialled and his pizza freshly prepared. Do all Italian trails end with a ride-up pizza place? We sure hope so!
