Crankworx Les 2 Alpes went off with a bang this year, proving that European mountain bike fans are just as stoked, hyped and amped as their North American counterparts. So we’re pleased to see it’s coming back all-guns-blazing in 2013.
It wouldn’t be Crankworx without an FMB World Tour slopestyle comp for the planet’s top riders to risk life and limb at, but as before, there’ll be a load of other events too – 15 in total – including a round of the new Enduro World Series.
The event will also include the long-running Free Raid Classic for the first time, with its all-mountain tours and product demos, so us lesser mortals can get involved too. There’s no word yet on whether one of this year’s highlights – the Mountain of Hell enduro downhill – will be included, but we hope so.
Crankworx Les 2 Alpes 2013 will take place from 6-14 July, so start saving those pennies – we reckon it’s going to be well worth a trip to France. Check out the promo video below:
