Readers’ Rides: Pete and his Commencal Supreme

Readers’ Rides is a chance for you to show off your favourite trail and your trusty steed. This week we join UK rider Pete and his Commencal Supreme 6 as he tears down the Rib Tickler downhill track at Ribbesford in Worcestershire.

Name: Pete Lownsborough.
Local riding spots: Llandegla, Cannock Chase, Lee Quarry and Derwent Valley XC circuit.
Years riding: 20 years – I’ve dabbled in a bit of everything from BMX racing to XC riding, freeride and DH. I now coach and guide for PJL Coaching.
Bike: Commencal Supreme 6, custom build.
Camera used: Canon EOS 7D, GoPro HD HERO.
Trail featured in the video: Ribbesford, Worcestershire, on the edge of the Wyre Forest. Awesome playground full of short downhill runs with some rather large features. Definitely recommend a visit if you’re in the area but it’s probably best to check it out first before sending the big stuff! Really good fun and well built trails.
